| ...bring your PMO receipt. Tell him you suspect fraud - watch what happens. ...if the guy really doesn't ship these, it's likely he is trying to do you a favor and hates shipping so he's lagging. Shipping can suck if you have to drive a long way, for example. Last, stop emailing -- get his user information on eBAY and give him a call. Another good idea is to call his local police and tell them to call him and let him know that you are placing a complaint. There are many ways to get the ball rolling...no one like a call/visit from the police. If his info is bad (which it sounds unlikely since you sent an MO to an address that he needs to pick up at, and since the feedback is good), then let eBAY know. -Dave
